Our Easy Free Returns
We get that when you buy our jewellery, the size might not be right or it may not what you expected. That's why we offer our Easy Free Returns Policy - because it's that simple! There are a few boring rules, but we want you to know if you got caught out in some late night drunk buying (no judging), indulged in some retail therapy (haven't we all), or simply didn't like what you bought - we have got your back!
The Boring Bits
- Send us an email so we can create your return label which we will email back to you. Stick it to the original box and pop it in a red post box or drop it into any Australia Post office.
- Just be sure it back to us within 30 days of the original purchase.
- We cannot accept earrings for return for hygienic reasons - thats not us, that's just the health policy.
- Items must be unworn in their packaging and in original condition (yes we can tell, and returning worn jewellery is just ewwww!)
- If you need to exchange a colour or size just let us know and we will send you the correct one.
- This is for online orders only.

Shipping
We ship all over Australia and to selected international locations. For orders up to $80 we charge a flat rate of $10.00 and use Australia Post. All international orders are charges a flat rate of $20.00 and sent via Australia Post Economy Air.
We promise to ship all orders as quickly as possible, after they leave us it's in the hands of the Australia Post Gods. Don't worry! We try and get your order out to you as soon as possible and you will receive a notification email from us to advise you of shipping information.
